Frederik Simon is a research assistant at the Department of Corporate Finance at the University of Cologne. Previously, he completed his bachelor's and master's studies at the Universities of Bayreuth and Cologne. During his studies, he spent a semester abroad at Lund University. He also completed internships in the field of M&A and worked as a tutor for various chairs. His research interests are especially in the areas of machine learning and asset pricing.
