- there is a legal obligation for the data transfer according to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. c) DSGVO, and/or
- this is necessary for the fulfillment of a contractual relationship with the data subject pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b) DSGVO.


Your rights as a data subject
You have the right
- to revoke your consent at any time in accordance with Art. 7 (3) DSGVO. This has the consequence that we may no longer continue the data processing based on this consent for the future;
- in accordance with Art. 15 DSGVO to request information about your personal data processed by us. In particular, you can request information about the processing purposes, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data have been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or objection, the existence of a right of appeal to a supervisory authority for data protection, the origin of your data if it was not collected by us, as well as the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling and, if applicable, meaningful information about its details;
- in accordance with Art. 16 DSGVO to demand the correction of incorrect or the completion of your personal data stored by us without delay;
- pursuant to Art. 17 DSGVO to request the erasure of your personal data stored by us, unless the processing is necessary for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information, for compliance with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims;
- to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 18 DSGVO, insofar as the accuracy of the data is disputed by you, the processing is unlawful, but you object to its erasure and we no longer require the data, but you need it for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims or you have objected to the processing in accordance with Art. 21 DSGVO;
- pursuant to Art. 20 DSGVO to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request the transfer to another controller;

Right of objection
Pursuant to Art. 21 DSGVO, the data subject has the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to his or her particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning him or her which is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(e) or (f); this also applies to profiling based on these provisions. The controller shall no longer process the personal data unless he can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.


SSL / TLS encryption
For security reasons, this website uses SSL or TLS encryption to protect the transmission of confidential content that you send to us as the website operator.

Within the scope of our Internet presence, we offer the option of receiving a newsletter with the involvement of third-party providers. If you would like to receive the newsletter, we require an e-mail address from you as well as other information that allows us to verify whether you are the owner of the specified e-mail address and whether you agree to receive the newsletter. Further data will not be collected. We use this data only for sending the requested information. Your data will not be passed on to third parties.

The processing of the data entered in the registration form for the newsletter is based exclusively on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) DSGVO). You can revoke your consent to the storage of the data, the e-mail address and their use for sending the newsletter at any time. For this purpose, an informal message to us is sufficient, gladly also by e-mail or, if applicable, you use our "unsubscribe newsletter" link in our newsletter. The legality of the data processing operations already carried out remains unaffected by the revocation. The data you provide for the purpose of receiving the newsletter will be stored by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and deleted immediately after unsubscribing.

If the contact via telephone also aims at the conclusion and/or execution of a contract, the additional legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) DSGVO.
